No identity use: Images are not used for facial recognition, identity verification, or any other biometric-related purpose.

Retention: Images are only used during the processing of the analysis and are immediately deleted after completion. We do not store copies on our servers nor keep any history without the user’s explicit consent.

DuhhBee is a mobile application that uses AI-powered algorithms to analyze a face photo submitted by the user and generate personalized skincare recommendations.
The app may assess visible skin attributes such as:

These assessments are for cosmetic and informational purposes only. DuhhBee is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnostics, and should not replace consultation with a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional.
To use the app, you must create an account by providing:
Full name
Email address
Birth date
Country
This information is required for the app’s core functionality:
Birth date ensures that product recommendations are relevant and safe for your age group (e.g., products formulated for users 60+, or skincare routines for users in the 30–40 range).
Country ensures that you only see products available and compliant in your region, preventing recommendations for unavailable or restricted products.
DuhhBee collects the following categories of information:
Account Data: full name, email address (for login, communication, support).
Required Personal Data: birth date (for age-appropriate recommendations), country (to show region-specific catalog).
Face Photo: one photo that you capture using the in-app camera. We do not scan or access your photo library.
Analysis Results: non-identifying outcomes generated from the AI analysis (e.g., “mild acne”, “normal hydration”).
We do not collect marital status, gender, or unrelated personal attributes.
We use collected information only for the following purposes:
To provide the service and generate skincare recommendations.
To personalize results according to your age group and country-specific catalog.
To ensure product compliance with local regulations.
To maintain account access, communicate essential updates, and provide customer support.
Your data is never used for advertising, profiling, or third-party tracking.
Face Photos: processed securely on our servers in AWS Virginia (USA) and deleted immediately after analysis (0-day retention). No copies are stored.
Analysis Results: retained in your account so you can view your skincare recommendations.
Other Account Data (name, email, birth date, country): stored securely while your account remains active.
User Control: you may delete your account at any time via in-app settings. This will permanently erase all associated personal data (account info, birth date, country, analysis results).
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data may be processed by trusted service providers (e.g., secure cloud hosting) acting as data processors under contract. They are not permitted to use data for their own purposes. Data may be disclosed if legally required.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular monitoring.
DuhhBee is not intended for children under 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If we discover such collection, we will delete the data immediately.
